Delivery Appointments
For large, heavy, or freight items, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is your responsibility to respond to the carrier and be available during the scheduled delivery window.
Missed delivery appointments, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, inaccessible delivery locations, or customer-caused delays may result in additional fees, including storage, re-delivery, re-consignment, or return shipping fees.
Delivery Inspection

If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, you should note the damage with the carrier when signing for delivery, when applicable, and take clear photos of the item and packaging.
Any damage must be reported to support@urbanandmore.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, product details, photos of the damage, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier or supplier.
